CCLA ByLaw VI states: "No member will be permitted to develop a debit balance." Entry fees must be paid in advance before players can be added to new or existing sections. Entries via email will be assigned to sections only if the member has a sufficient credit balance.

Note: CCLA does not arrange private matches; players do this themselves, then send in both entry fees. New members may advertise for matches by writing the editor of our Chess Correspondent magazine.
